So it's not an Oscar contender but it is a fun enough little rom-com! I expected this film to be super cheesy, stupid, over-the-top humor and maybe even a little raunchy but it wasn't... it is actually a funny, charming little movie. Is it as good as the first? Hmmm, maybe equally fun and silly as the original, and it has enough of a twist that it holds it's own. This Spanish infused, gender-reversal has a spoiled Mexican playboy getting payback from a single mom of 3 girls. The supporting actors are fun additions, except I could have done without Swoosie Kurtz as the annoying grandmother, but her role is small. The end got a bit silly (like the original), but this film is worth a weekend movie date on the couch with a bowl of popcorn, In My Humble Opinion! 7 stars for laugh-out-loud moments of fun! Adorable. Fun and akward as hell. I was with you guys until i saw it. It was funny, had a better story than the original(i loved the original) and was just as funny. It also had a strong mexican presence in the film. I recommend it..
